Food - Conclusions


Ok, so that's it for today. Not so bad, as long as you thought about food, and not about organic chemistry. After all that talk about food, you are probably pretty hungry. When you have your next few meals, think about which foods that you are eating are carbohydrates, lipids, or proteins. Many, of course, will be combinations of all three, but they will be predominantly one of the three.

And last, but not least, I would like to thank the creator of a web site that provided many of our illustrations for today. Visiting is optional. It was created by a retired professor, John W. Kimball, from Harvard University.
